Join the Uthgard 8vs8 event II
-----------------------------------

For all Player on the Server, at Sunday evening 20.06.2010 20:00 CET. (Central European Time = GMT +1)

I'like to encourage all players that prefer this playstyle come and join.

Zone for this event, Jamtland Mountains

TIME: Get your groups ready at the startingpoints (see below) around 19:30 (don't want this to end up like a DR with an hour delay ... :s )

Starting Points
-------------------------------

For Midgard: Outside Svasud Faste, near horse merchant.
For Hibernia: HTK @ Odins Gate.
For Albion: ATK @ Odins Gate.

Rules
------------

Some decent players in each group of each realm will be needed to ensure that we keep this a 8vs8 fight and it doesn't end up as a zerg fest. So plz I beg the high RR players that sometimes QQ(not ment as an insult) about zergs, keep your guild members & realm members in line.

Now for the rules themselves,

1) Stay whitin the zone of Odins gate & Jamtland mountains, to ensure that you may find an inc sooner then late or never, it may be less tactic, but keep those tactics for an other time.

2) OFC no ADDING, so refrain from tailing other groups from your realm or running along side them, it can only lead to 'accidental' adding.

3) It seems some people are for it an other are against, 3way may happen, but try sticking to 8vs8, cause the last adding realm mostly has
an easy kill time with the 2 other groups partially beaten already.

But most of all do keep in mind that in this 8vs8 event prior should be FUN!!

Kind regards,
Arnius

I guess KT should be able to bring a fullgroup, I'll confirm it as soon as possible.

Well I have to say that it worked well yesterday evening with 200+ players involved :D

The best thing to is to try out different days, so everyone can be able to join. We had the first event on friday evening, we have this on sunday evening and maybe the next could be on thursday evening ;)

This will be two Sundays in a row where events are planned for the same time as the Weekly Hib Dragon Raid. I willingly gave up a DR for the Zerg event but don't think we should be asked to do that 2 weeks in a row.

With the World Cup on attendance could be a problem :)
But being a Sunday with most our players on US time more should be around than at the last Friday event so i'll try and get something going(unless there is a game on i need to watch of course) although we're all like RR2-RR4 still so hopefully some pugs/guilds around that level to fight our random classes group(we have more VWs and wardens than BMs QQ) ;p

Gil your message is clear (don't have to repeat it twice to get it a cross :P )

Well so it seems that many won't be there yet again due to rl
(football [Americans; soccer], bah 8O )

And some hibs will skip it due to DR -_-

So the date get changed into the 20'th
(no germans playing then, Ita Y, but majority on this server is German)

Greetings,
Arnius

Italy plays at 16:00 CET on Sunday 20th, so it won't be a problem :D
