do reactive DoTs and DoTs from Weapons stack?

no they dont Reactive DoT = weapon DoT..
only exception..weapon poison from Assasines..

a DoT proc from something like the DF saphire weapons which is heat based, or something of another dmg type should stack with reactive matter armor DoT procs. at least that's what I remember.

Are there any heal proc armor pieces on Uthgard that are worth bothering with?

Hib/Bard/Warden.

Hell, if you've got an accurate datebase or website or something, I can just investigate it myself, or do you just know out of lengthy experience?

str/con debuff charge on boots, af charge on shield, dot on hammer when im in grp and rupt, rest ablatives

ablatives seem to be the most usefull reactives, but i will make me a new armor with all different reactive dd's instead of ablas. its not as usefull i assume, but at least i will look good while dying ^^

I had a look at the self melee health buffer, 100 damage/10 minutes.
How does it work? for 10 minutes the first 100 damage of any melee hit are absorbed? or just 100 damage in total? If latter then the Self AF Buff for one minute seems far superior.

100 dmg total (max 50% of the hit so if the hit is 40 dmg only 20 is absorbed)

hmm why then not take the AF Self Buff as reactive, it would affect any hit for 1 minute which tallies up to much more than 100 dmg IMO?

any difference between classes, esp. stealthers?
thx

For minstrel, you shouldn't use ablatives because they don't stack with your own ablative chant. You also don't want to use DoT reactive procs because they break mez, so the best is just spirit DD's.

What about Valewalkers?

I heard, that Valewalkers should not use Ablative Procs on Armor because they dont work with the Selfbuff. Does Someone has experience with it?

Is it really that way, that they dont work or is it that way that you have a chance for armor proc and a chance for buff proc. If second is the case I wouldnt mind if they dont stack or overwrite each other cause as long as there is a buff active I am fine.

Hope you got some infos for me, best

Jonnyx
