Trebuchets broken?

"You can't build this here".

Everytime I've tried to build a Treb in the frontier with a Diminutive Treb or jsut by using the raw materials.

Broken?

diminutive stuff doesnt work as far as i remember...
build regular ones.

trebuchets doesnt work at all in frontiers, but in BG´s.

no mather if they are diminutive or normal. there where no trebus on OF on live so there are are no trebus in Of here too.

Looks like we don't have them atm in OF, but if you can convince the staff they might come.

Can't you build ballistas in OF? I don't remember mobile palintones. Are you sure about that?

Have an SS with all 3 on of, but are on .TGA ( yes daoc on first years saved screens on that format) and havent any program to save to a jpg format to upload to imageshack or similar

none of the siege weapons in OF were mobile if I'm not mistaken.

ballistas definitely used to work tho

2 days ago we sieged midgard mpk in emain and killed an afk troll with catapult + trebuchet :D so its still possible to build trebuchets aswell ;) dont ask me how though i didnt build it

It's pretty much impossible to build a Trebuchet. I've tried on every realms frontier with both diminutive and raw materials. Catapults do work.

Too bad Trebs never worked properly here when aiming on a GT the treb aims.... then you try and fire and it says it needs a target or if aiming at a target that "you can't see" the siege won't aim <--- not live like as of this server's set up.

One thing I really like on Live is the new siege system. Fast and easy to train skill, with top ammo and weapon they do decent damage. I like it on live but its is not suited for this server.
