Dead RvR

Like tonight I played on hib, made a grp at about 10pm and logged out 2 hours later after finding nothing but an alb grp that didn't come back after 1 wipe. There were some other hib groups around though. I mean it's the DAoC endgame but out of 700 players online on average tonight there might have been 20-30 participating in lvl 50 rvr tonight? Tops. I'm pretty sure the big majority of them already has level 50s. It has always been a problem here and with OF I thought it got better and maybe it was just an unlucky night but it really sucks. If there's people who never played here and ask me if it's worth levelling to 50 I'm not very inclined to say yes. Don't know what there's to be done about this but at this rate Emain will be nothing but a playground for the alb and hib stealthers.

Emain was completely clean until we started a group and got a keep. Shortly after, a fg hibs apeared, and wiped(though we had some adds). Next they came back with around 12 people and we wiped, next those 4 made a fg or an other one simply apeared and we wiped to them again. On next run we had a nice fight with one hibfg, but before that one could end, 3 other hibgroups inced. I must admit, i was very astonished to see one of those 3 not to add us, but still the others did and so we decided not to go there again. About an hour after that loss, we logged df and tried to clean it. we got several smallgroup hibs killed but it didnt last 10 minutes before hibs rolled us again, with 2fgs + some adds. About now, hibs zerged in braemar, wilton and now are doing same in thidranki, so do not wonder why other realms are xping in their dungeoins now, since its kinda hard to get a group or other on vocations. As you see, even on vocations theres some action on uth. Its just that in case it seems to be empty, why not simply try to check out oher realms? maybe youll find loads of actions by joining an other side?

A) Not everyone has lvl 50s to play with in other realms, especially not to rebuild the grp they were running with in the first place. B) Crossrealming to get inc is not really a great solution since you are looking to play with your main character since that's what you enjoy playing most at that time. C) The problem lies with people logging away from end RvR. Doing the same will only make things even worse.

Holidays caused a significant drop in player numbers, which wasn't the case yesterday. We had 700+ players online and barely 2 FGs in RvR. Holidays got nothing to do with that.
