I'm actually level 42 and 3L2 so i can't go Wilton (cap 3L2) but i can't teleport to thidrankie (cause i'm not 44) --> so i can"t RVR...

Yep, I tried it for Braemar and you will be ported if you're in the level range, even if you're at the RR cap. I was thrown out of Braemar after dying but I could port right back! There are no RP/gold rewards however.

The medallions will be greyed out if you're not in the right level range (36+ for Wilton, 44+ for Thidranki) and the merchant will tell you "You can't use this item. Are you sure you wish to buy it?". You can actually wear the medallions, the porter will just leave you in the circle.

you still get exp, even if your at the RR cap.
a good thing. instead of grinding for 2 days you just have to pvp a couple hours :)

As i said in an other thread before...

Remove the battlegroundnecklaces, place one single battlegroundnecklace called "Battlegrounds" and run the teleporters with the same script you ran channelers would solve the problem(the script about level/rr range and bg-port, not the click and port one).

BTW.
Not only me, but most other players would apriciate if you implemented normal channelers into the borderkeeps to have no 8 minutes port delay into the maincities and housingzones. It eats up a lot of time, and will not ruin the rvr, since they would only port you into the capitals or houses.

in my opinion it is (or would be) a nice solution. At least we have a system right now where someone can stay in bg as he wants, just until xp is capped, or with xpoff for whole time, but with capped RP.
So ppl who see bg as waypoint will always find enemies

edit: plus it's exactly, like it was on the liveservers back in the old days. so it definately fits more than "RR cap -> cant join BG".

a solution would be: if you're OVER the RR cap (2L3 instead of 2L2 for brae, 4L3 instead of 4L2 for thid... etc.) THEN you shouldn't be allowed to enter a BG anymore.

Please fix this at 42 and 3l2 and a stealther that donst get invites to exp groups it would take me weeks just to get to thid. Honestly will be quiting the game till somethings done i have like 5 chars at 42 and are rp capped and just dont have the will to grind anymore.
