RvR missions - what level required?

Emain access is 36+. Does that mean I can get them at 36, or is it 40 like on live? And do I get them from the same NPC's as on live?

can't help you on the level requirement, but the NPC you get them from is in the realms central keep (boldiam / nged / glenlock)

You are right. The information is missing. RvR Missions are available from level 35.

Perhaps a little off topic, but:
Could it be possible to remove the grand channelers from the frontier keeps ? People still try to use them and I get quite alot of /advice of people asking how to 'Get into Emain, because this guys sais I need to be level 36.' They aren't used anymore and only seem to cause confusion  |
