DO i talk about how should someone play against our Setup our do i talk about Albion´s push Setups in general? Please don´t answer with every thing i said about how its better to play versus our group maybe, or if someone ever killed us blablabla, it´s not my attention to talk about Prime..., i just talk about Albion in generell here or did i talk about us?

Albions push Setups are so "great" here because most groups can´t even handle it, but they are mostly stronger if they kite..!

Isnt RJ the group that usually loses both clerics on inc?

I suggest you visit Emain more frequently Plok

Xac, the point is not about what alb/hib/mid have or not have, is about the fact that this is uthgard rvr, something unique, u can't even compare with live and say alb have bolt range mezz, or hib have baseline stun so backsnare mids is ok ...

The fact is that with THIS UTHGARD RVR SETTINGS, The mid backsnare is insane, and giving it the livelike effect (re-apply spam if no roots) make it Incredible op ...

FACT:
how many 3 healers 2 runies 1 shammy 1 Hammer war and 1 hammer zerk have u seen run on live? Any patch? Any server, toa or not toa?

. .. no one, because on a live rvr, a grp like this was going to boom on 5 seconds ...

how many zerks on live was running hammer for backsnare having bonus dmg only against bm's and paladins? (lol)

... no one, maybe warriors, but for sure no zerks ...

... so, on conclusion, u'r right try and find setups that can work here, but, pls, don't talk about live ... and compare with teurgists and bolt mezzs ... on live, everytying ( i mean patch and fix ) was supposed to go on more balance between the 3 differents and unique realms, while on Uthgard everything is Just introduced pointing a patch old style with a new ra's system, something never existed on live ...

Every time admins touch something create MORE AN MORE UNBALANCE, doing something live-like forgetting ALL THE CONTEST.

... so, yes, i agree the thread opener, conquer on Uthgard is BY FAR OP, and is creating again and again more unbalance on a system already Incredible far from real daoc experience ...

Atleast have live experience before starting to spout nonsense.

People did run Axe/Hammer Hybrid spec on live as well and conquerer was one of the best styles
The reason no one really used it was more the old RA Prevent Fight, which was a high proc rate snare for free.
We run old Frontiers and people mix up their memories from Old Frontiers on live, which was old RA's for most of the time and not new RA's we have atm.

We used to play live pretty succesfull with RM SM BD Zerk Warrior/SM which is pretty similar in his playstyle to our Uthgard Setup.

You should be glad we run a 3rd Healer from time to time or fights would be over alot quicker for you guys

Prime bigmouthing already? If i remember correctly there hasn't yet been a single day u guys had a positive ratio against our pushgroup The only day you destroyed us was when we ran with a cabalist. Your BD, might mixed the cards new but its always a thin line relying on 1 player in a group, it could happen that he break his hand when not knowing how to punch people properly or something^^

But then again, alb is OP anyway

You just don't mention their name Remember two month ago when prime was zerging everything on their way roaming around groups just waiting for them to kill the last guy and then they inc'ed right after or not letting people rest and roam out. Kinda funny that all the set groups on alb hated them for doing this but i guess those days are over after you joined but Raifs gotta remember those "glory" days from Primes
But yes as Bloodwyne said Prime went bigmouthing didn't take them long

HA! i felt like i should add some more to state my point! redited just for you. anyway, i would normally tlel ppl to seek for a real challenge on live as uthgard is so casual it hurts, but live ain't any better these days (skill-wise). so i guess uthgard has to live with the ppl knocking one out here.

i doubt there is another 8v8 guild more active than Rare currently^^ but u might know more than me!

on live the 50 sword style ragnarok got changed in 1.91 to a 23 sec backsnare and has a higher growth rate, those being even more OP than conquer. Conquer got reduced to 19 sec snare but with higher tohit bonus. This being the main reason why every class with usual 50 in weapon is sword and not hammer specced on live.
So it seems that the long snare durations on not follow up styles for midgard seems working as intended, as the only balancing measures taken are to give midgard more of these styles on other weapons

The people that is left on live is all the good old ****** + live is not daoc anymore it's ask EA what you want
