what class(es) will be most effected by old ras?

Hui having to use an endureg potion on inc is gonna be a big issue.

well the last months on uth, no serious grp ran with a paladin, everyone used endu pots and it was fine

Mercs are superior to Arms in 1.69 imo because the anytime polearm snare is nerfed in that patch (as far as i remember) and Mercs get slam + (more importantly) Prevent Flight. PF is super OP. Unbreakable 50%ish snare that procs pretty much all the time. |

Arms/hero/warrior do not get prevent flight unless it is a custom change on uthgard. They never had it on live. They get Trip which is a 15min recast PBAE snare that is not affected by det, but it's nowhere near as good as of.
Only zerks mercs and bms get pf. And while soldiers barricade is good, it's on a 30 minute recast while PF is a passive that is always up. |

Doesn't have to peel with 2hand. It could be argue'd though that mercs make better peel tanks as well. |

mercs are better peelers if you want to drop the best RA against melee grps and suck at blocking.
Peeling with 1h as an arms, just no - dropping 14 Points into PF when you should go for mastery of arms 5 instead, just no again. |
