It seems people played too much on genesis/origins and forgot how the game is supposed to actually work, breaking speed on a clumped mid tanker won't be that hard.
Most tank groups there had their only success when your speed would only break on damage and guard didn't work at all. DAoC 8v8 PoVs: https://www.youtube.com/user/MrLoreyn/videos

Well i agree, but still it will be hard to compete as a caster grp imo. Its not like you ll hit more than 1-2 ppl with amnesia or whatever opener you want to use usually, so 6 more mids rushing into you ![]() |

Well there you have it folks. Just break speed on their entire group and you can ride the solo eld train to victory! ![]() won't be that hard™ <Telus>

Spreading out on inc is like Basic DAOC 101... |
|
People that already mastered the basic daoc 101 usually don't play mid tankers.

solo caster in tank setups works well, i played it a lot as eld and rm pre toa. just step your positionplay up and get a good peeler.

Hey he can prove his Statement, because nearly every hib Setup of the best hib grps will run 1 eld. So he can just fraps all fight and take a look at eld Play. But i think: even if hibs win then, his opinion will be: " oh without eld they would have won faster...."
so just dont try to convince him, its same in poker: never do the misstake to tell the Opponent his bad Play. Just calb your Hands and tell them how brave they Play and unlucky they was..... |

All we can do is wait for the live version to come and prove you all wrong. /shrug |
