Its kinda the same story with Savage in mid. So many people think its a useless class because he has no Charge and is bad against a guarded target. But still if played in the right Setup, with decent people it is a devastating char who can easily destroy his target by himself.

Armsman is just an awesome char. I'd rather pick an Armsman than following the current FOTM with a Reaver. But people are lazy and some are too dumb to play chars/setups which are challenging or at least harder.

Will never come. They are going for a custom server now, mixing NF RAs with the OF 1.69 setting.

I mean not old ras fix all problems but what we ne is balance for some classes if you fight with arms vs thane the thane would only rr 6 for win all with purge2 ip2 woc2 or armsman evrry time ooe need many endu for sone styls or wizzard bomb have to lost to many dmg or bold dmg is not more like a joke normaly 2 bolds with 1 crit kill a caster i play now 11-12 years daoc but wizzard is only good effekt maker here on uthgard normaly wizzard can only dmg and nothing els if you see eld or runmaster have ns etc and wizzard ? thats why wizzard is a Dmg Maschine (normaly) we dont musst have old ras but some little fixing of some classes to become better balance vs the athere chars

balancing was and is done via patches...
thats the reason while they still patch stuff on live to balance it, even no addon came the last years. (e.g. 5sec slam for hybrids and duelclasses)
a static patch target always give benefits to some(reaver) while it cripples others(wizzard)

Nothing will be balanced because some people think that the mechanics are wrong, but yes bolt and bomb dmg are lower than on live here. feel free to create pendragon accounts and test things under same circumstances and write bugreports

With working Bolt damage fire wizard is a valueable char and even now it is not that gimped with a good spec.
Slaming the BM 2 bolts on sorc debuff + highest spec nuke ingame, which should result in some nice damage spikes even atm
Playing ice and complaining about damage well not much to say about it.
