The Idea of tracking Radar Users this way is brilliant, and in opposition to other Games this support is able to find ways to track this type of cheating.

But the way this good plan was executet, was very amateurish.

Now all the cheaters know how the decoy works, the gms played all their cards and get nothing in return.
Because of the evidence beeing too weak the radaruser will not be found in this case.

I would have tracked suspicious moving of rvr groups to the decoys and put them on an internal black list.
When collectet enough data you have real evidence and the chance of capturing the "big fishes".
