 rr5 vs rr1 equals +4 in skills, which is a noticeable different in max dmg |

Yeah, I think it goes without saying that the DF weapons we are given for testing are ******, but its what we have to work with so take it with a grain of salt. Should also consider that the dummies on test servers have no resists, so it "could" be a balancing factor of sorts.
