Group heal is for healing the missing HP after con buffs yo

To me, in a 8v8 situation against decent ennemies, spread heal is a gamble im not so willing to take.

With a decent (guild) group you wouldn't have that problem

So you heal only with Single Heals, ALL time ?

Of course not with Los problems or Ns or maybe disease. But i don´t know many situations in an 8v8/openfield, where Spread/Grpheal > Singelheals. Except you play in a grp where 3+ people get heavy dmg at the same time. But then you have bigger problems then Spread or Grpheal.

Doesn't matter if its big damage or not, if 3 people lost enough health spread becomes the most power efficient heal.

Yes, if you wait long enough until 3 people have lost enough life, then Spreadheal is your first choice.
Nervertheless, if someone can handle to get his grp alive, it dosen´t matterwhat heal he used.

Well, it was a general question, not a scenario specific one. You generally are 2 healers also. Some backline heal, some frontline heal. So your answer would be, no heals at all, because i got rooted out of range of everyone? It also differs from realm to realm, and what type of setup you use. In a castergroup for example, spread is gold, alot of people always taking damage due to enemy groups tending to split up, etc.

Yeah Zai QQ is right, it´s not about a specific Situation or sth, as i already told im interested when the supporters use which Heal and why.

Specific situations would be stated totally different, because it depends also on so many things...

However, im happy to see people give their personal Statements in this Topic w/o flame at all.

bottom line, group is VERY situational, it's pretty terrible heal hp/power wise, but definately has it's uses. On the other hand spreadheal is so powerful that it is actualy the best heal most of the time, it's kinda sad.
