I don't know. He was first target of a lvling grp. sitting lvl 42 theurg. I got 21+19 cs. Maybe a correctly running PA nerf.....?  |

It's because he was sitting.
I recognized a long time ago, that dmg done to sitting targets is buged (never opened a report for it.. too lazy). U dont hit a sitting target for dmg cap (which would be right), u hit them for a much higher amount as ur dmg cap is. Easy to test, duel someone who sits and then hit a grey mob or the lvl 5 doll and compare the numbers  |
