i think it was a great event. would be nice to see more like this.

and yeah, in the hibernian battlegrp for example they said, that we have to kill edn and black adders if we see them, cause they tried to manipulate the event. (like killing ppl who went ld)

anyway, it was good to see that the realms can work together ... if they want.

Well, so far I did only say it was awesome etc (it really was! ^^), but I made some screenshots, too. Here we go for them, plus I added some decent background information at some points (as bonus ).

Maybe some background-information from the start: We have been 3 raidleaders (1 for each realm) and were connected in Teamspeak (voicechat).



Going down where the mids have already been waiting (Albion was second to go down. Runental moaned about awful lags when we went down In Teamspeak we talked about battlegroup-playerumbers while we built up our battlegroups. They couldn't believe me. But now it was time for Midgard to go like 'WTF' )




There is Hibernia coming! Let's say "Hi" with some AE Mezz (As raidleader I have forbidden any kind of attack to enemy players, but well, better mezz than kill. We were too many in Alb to control everything^^ I'm really glad there was not even one kill while meeting up. In Teamspeak we went like 'WOOT! No PvP at all!' at that point. )




Anyways, meeting up together and going down together. For those who don't know: Every now and then I'm leading a Legion Raid in Albion and we go down here, too. But the fighting time to push down through the mobs was just awesome here. Nice DPS




Finally we reached Legion and fought him (I tried to get different points of view here, but well.. He is big and it's not very easy to get a nice fight picture. Either Legion is not fully on it or it's very far away Legion went down really really fast and we were worried about if you would kill him, because many people seemed to not care about BG-Leader-Spam like "STOP ATTACKING LEGION". But after all we mostly kept him between 10% and 20% of life during all the event.)




Well, one leader had to keep with Legion and as Runental and Holzmichel got ported before I got ported, it was up to me to keep with Legion, so no screenshots of the Behemoth fight from me.

You might remember that Albion owned all other realms after Behemoth and Legion died. Well, actually I didn't want this, I wanted to end this in peace. But the players got uncalm and then even Runental went like 'Now I want to use ICHOR in the zerg' in Teamspeak, so I told my battlegroup to kill all enemies. So we did. Because we can. We are awesome


Btw, Albion got some Legion drops. We randomed for them later.. Anyhow, I told my people to do a circle around me for this (in Castle Sauvage as some players were released out before we wanted to random). For that amount of players the circle not too bad, even tho they couldn't decide on the size



Originally I wanted to do /random 100, but even with /random 1000 we got some problems Just to let you know, we had a peak of more than 140 players in the Albion battlegroup. I don't remember about the numbers while randoming, but I'm glad I got support to find out who got the highest roll Thanks to all those who said I should keep the drops for leading, but it was an awesome community event, so I think everyone should get the chance for a drop



Anyways all the event was great and I won't ever forget this If anyone got some ideas for more awesome events, let me know. Maybe I like and try to organize. Keep the challenges coming



Maybe some words about the rewards in the end: When I'm ingame I often get asked if there are any news about the rewards. Hell, no! Don't spam me I probably will not know anything (neither what nor when) before everyone else will. Camulos (GM) said he will post it into this thread and maybe also do a little news-topic about it. So keep your eyes on this by yourself. Maybe I'll do a small broadcast too, when I see this. But stop asking me please

It certainly has NOT been ages since the event! It's been a few days, 14 to be exact. 2 weeks does not equal ages.

but 2 weeks equals few days?
Agree that it hasnt been ages but they stated a few days and atleast they could have released the perticipant list as they said they would so we knew something was happening
