Ench RR5 RA needs love too

btw Armsman has wrong RR5 too on Uthgard.

So why he get speed 300? Because he couldnt escape skald? Maybe it was meant by Mythic to be like this?

it would be nice that such thing would be talked in english section... so we would know why staff decided to change that...

one eldrich (jonty) moaned around about his RR5 (in his eyes it was too low valued) and blue jumped by jontys command and changed it to an insane value (speedvalue of 300).
if alb/mid say 'i thinks there is something wrong with...', we only get the comment 'bring me evidence'

Murax the problem with the armsman and the assassins ra is that when they were implemented, uthgard was not fixed on 1.80 yet. So the latest RR5 Ras were implemented. Later that they decided to fix the server to patch 1.80.

But back to the topic. I guess the discussion about the RA was quite wierd. Someone that never played an eld on live thinks that he remembers to know someone to have a daughter that claims to have seen someone to have heared this ra should have been maybe possibly faster. But in the end it counts what blue says. And if he says this ra should be boosted its that way.

i tyranslated that german link. and what i read was, JONTY SAID he dont like his ra. some disagreed. jonty disagreed with the disagrers. BUT only blue opinion counts. he agreed.
