Ya we are casual. Dont care enough to try harder than casual these days, still having a ton of fun. You might be surprised how much rps we get that arent from keeps /shrug.

Rawr sounds like his e feelings are hurt because people won't play the way he wants them to. Who cares if they zerg or 8 man. I play to have fun.

There were no such a 8v8 scene in 2003....

Maybe not on euro servers, but on my NA server several guilds ran 8.

There were no such a 8v8 scene in 2003....

There were 8v8 guilds in '03. They just wasn't run by emo children who make up their own terms as to why they lose a fight (Assjam, Vulture, Swooping).

There was no formal 8v8 in 2003, there were people who ran 8, but it was vs whatever they found out there, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16+. If you came up on realm mates that were winning a fight, you might let them finish it alone. If it looked like they were dying you jumped in. If you came up on two realms mid-fight, 99 times out of 100 it became a 3-way.

I remember 8v8 on Guinevere and Nimue in 2003. I remember 8 mans leveling up Savages after the zerker nerf.

Or animist bot groups for DF entrance farming.

Hell freaking team wizzy started in 2003.

As far as your rules go they dont define 8v8, not now, not ever. 8v8 is just groups that run 8 consistent players looking to compete against other 8 man groups. Assjams and 3ways have always been a long running tradition with 8 mans. Just go look up the bazillion "oh my gawd why u assjam" posts on vnboards
