I love how its stated that when you get killed as a gray, its okay, but you join in a fight... It isnt fair. Hahah

Completely agree, but you know it will happen. Lets just hope not too much.

People will complain about all sorts of nonsense so it wont be a surprise when soloers are crying about getting steamrolled by groups or groups complaining about adders etc. I expect there not to be many "clean" fights for a bit and I'm ok with that.

I think it has to do a lot with the Queue no longer being an issue. People aren't logging in their characters just to "save a space" to play later. Still seeing 2500+ during the weekdays is very nice.

The more casual RvR stays the better.

The worst thing for the server population is for the 8v8 crews to become too dominant as that'll just result in the more casual player base leaving. Nobody wants to spend days of their lives leveling a character to find out they did something wrong, or made a wrong move in an engagement and never be able to get a group again, etc.

When I play late night PST the population is around ~1500 or so, which I think is equally important that people who play on the flipside have something to do. Won't be zergs around with that many people, so hopefully the late night casuals have something they can do with themselves.

I really hope we get a vibrant mass RvR scene and not a bunch of lame 8v8 elitists running around waving their dicks at each other.

The mass exodus has begun this week.

People with 50's in Mid have started to jump ship since there's nothing to fight.

There was at least 4-5 people who I knew of that deleted and switched realm from Mid to either Alb or Hib yesterday.

Albs saw around 100 for the relic raid this weekend.

I am not sure what Hib fielded. Heard Mid responded with various 8mans that all ran separately into the albzerb and got mowed down.

It is sounding more and more like RvR instead of 8v8. Lets hope it continues.

we pretty much had about 5-6 groups at most. So around 50 ppl or so. Although taking the relic back, we lost more and more and then of course once in DL, we had about 3-4 groups taking it back. Would really help if the rest of Hib would come out and help but that's seemingly not in the cards these days.

As of now late nights (9 pm pst+ on weekdays or work nights) even with 1500-2000 on the server feels dead in the frontiers. Running around for 60 minutes and seeing the same 2 mid tank groups is highly exciting though. :bored: :bored:

Most people are still trying to level. If you're 50 ATM you've played more than most other people have been able to. I am only 47 ATM and have definitely turned down social stuff after work and on the weekends in the past month to be able to work towards the leveling grind.

people just need time. the population is definitely smaller during NA hours but it'll get there. EU has like twice the pop and twice the hardcore guilds so rvr is already packed with roaming groups. there's not even that much zerg stuff yet

albs and hibs should just all reroll to mid!

No problem. Albs will dominatw in Crafting, they made the best possible templates and RPG is also the best!

GMs will feel sorry about that and increase the keep guards with Golestandt. Respawn will work here. In Additional Cabalists and Necros will get an AE XP buff, so the non fixgroup Albs can level their chars faster.

RvR in 2 monts ---> Hibs and Mids are rr12 mostly.... and we got an epic video of biggest kill spam in DAoC history. :D
