They do have celtic dual, at level 10.

and it's true, that rangers have a hard time "earning a name" as "fair solo player" or whatever one might call it...

BD is also cool for solo. Improbable to lose a 1vs1 (unless you rely solely on Insta LT or a Viper3 Assassin lands PA + CD) and you can easily manage most 2vs1 / 3vs1 scenarios; particularly since these are the more common fights you will encounter on Uthgard as a solo player - because the English word 'solo' got lost somewhere in translation across the Uthgard world and is also known as 'take a friend, or two, just incase'.

who ever u are... no problem i get used to get jumped by more than 1
and i believe Add is still the only melee ranger without ip xD (for teh lolz)

nvm to ethan ... the question is: u want play a 1337 class? or u want a challenge to grow your skills?

if u chose second u should play a underdog class (2h pala/1h merc/scout/hunter/throwing weapon warrior etc) ^^

Add hasnt played alot lately, but when he was playing alot he ran w/ a bard all the time. If that is what you mean by respectable then sure.

good choice ... if you really stick to solo...
but visible class solo rvr seems dead since a few weeks, you'll get perma rolled over by duo/trio/fg
