You talk about "non set group" Primes? ![]() |
|
Yah, because scouts, minstrils, inf's never add in fights... ![]() |

This is somwhat true to an extent. Yes, people will forgive and forget alot of times, but it depends on the player you are. For example, I dont care if Oaois and Saosin start becoming the most fair 1 vs 1 players on the server, if I see them they will get arrows put in them from me. I dont forget YEARS of adding and zerging because you went solo for a few nights. However, I am willing to give players second or even third chances because I understand that sometimes the adding is a result of what Jezzemin referred to up above. For an example, people see me addding in a fight but I'm only adding because they have a player with them that added me earlier. Now that group starts adding me all the time because they think I "added" in their fight. Well that stuff happens, but as far as I'm concerned if you run with adders you get the consequences. Svdorette is another good example. The guy adds in fights and goes out of his way to kill solo's with his small mans and fg's so when I see him he gets shot. I dont shoot the non adders in the group, just him and anyone else that does the same (Nayeh and Ganta come to mind). Sure, it might make me look bad to some in the group, but I really honestly dont care what they think. You add me or zerg me and I will do the same to you regardless of the consequences. What other recourse do I have as a player other than just the "grin and bear it" routine. I'm from the "do unto others as they do unto you" school. If you dont want me adding in your fights then run with players that dont kill solo's with fg's and dont run with adders. |

While this topic was resurrected, I want to thank everyone for all the comments (Except the last 7).
What it comes down to is the biggest issues of add/no add are between stealthers and nearly all occurring in emain. So when in emain AMG/MMG best to consider these rules. HOwever in the rest of the frontiers, rules of engagement are not so strict. Just realm helping realm. As RR4 , Ive been hanging out in Odins/Hadrians where the majority of fights are against others my own rank. A lot of 1 Vs 1, 1 Vs 2 fun ....Yes, I went 1 Vs 15 several times defending a keep with pitiful results. But hey! Its all good. So I'll stay out of emain for a bit and after a few ranks decide if I want to enter that drama. Torential |

the point is, my friend, if u arent since rr4 absolutely fair in emain with a massive irc drama queen in you ... you will be added everytime anyways. you get treatened fair if you are flaming muh and behave fair on your side, but if you are unknown or do 1 little mistake all add you forever. this amg 1on1 wannabe rvr is the worst kind of ´´fairplay´´ i have ever seen in my whole daoc life. |
|
So true. I get that people think there would be more action for groups and visi's if stealthers were gone, but for me personally you would just have 1 less player on the server. |
|
As if you Stealthers really contribute to the server.
