Smoover did not start the conversation and cross realm flamed, he just gave the druid the reason why he won't invite him to his grp.

I personally see both sides of it. Yes, its not fair not to allow a player to play with you just because you killed him on another realm. However, I do similiar if a person is known to just add/zerg etc. in fights. As Cait pointed out above, it wasnt so much that Smoover logged over to flame or complain, he simply told the guy that he didnt respect the way he played and because of that was not going to get an invite to his group. Sounds fair and legit to me. If certain players asked me for a group and it was players I didnt like on another realm why should I invite them to my group?
