I remember the times of Runis and he was not bad, but not too hard to kill solo for RR4 back then. Why do you worship him that much?
Noir is way harder than Runis - according to my experiences.

runis didnt run with viper and lifebane if im right and for my bm runis was always harder than noir ... well im also not sure if noir is running with viper atm
