Well since zerging is a every day favourite passtime now, how about doing a no adding 8vs8 event a couple of times for a change?
Or a few non stealther solo/smallman events too? It would be like bringing out the dead!  |

Lol this time i will not come on hib, utter waste of time fighting zergs with 2x your numbers, especially when half of the hibs weren't even 50.

If you're talking about the non-zerg-day event thats totally right to close that thing up. Counter events just to annoy others are totally nonsense. I think if you start an event on another day, you can do 8vs8 as much as you want to. |

It's simple if people just want pure 8v8 no adding just goto Mid as it's an excellent place for 8v8 esp in the area with the 4 keeps in Jamtland.

stop talking and do it Braxis, those 2 Zerg Events are Community made, not Staff made. Though a zerg event is probably the easiest to establish without any staffs help as there is low chance for people that try to ruin this event as a zerg is the strongest formation in daoc (even childish attempts to establish a counter event already failed;)). If you want to do a 8v8 or 1on1 or stealther event u will probably need a staffmember to make sure people that try to ruin this event get punished. Nontheless i really disrespect you guys always moaning when people are trying to involve a whole realm into some action. You have no reason at all to blame such an event having ANY negative influence on your own playstyle apart for the reason that for 3-4 hours there is basicly one RvR formation be found on the server, zerg. The rest of the month you can claim the rvr zones for your own playstyle again. Its just sad that you dont see the masses of people enjoying such events and put your own playstyle far over theirs. 8v8 1on1 small grps and everything else was the same BEFORE AND AFTER the last event. |

thats the right attitude! the reason hibs got less people on the table than mids and albs was just that Holzmichel started to announce the event 2 hours before it started, Northforest and I promoted it a day earlier already |

WTF are you talking about! Sure they are community made, but when someone dissapproves, their posts gets insta deleted LOL! Talk about a mature and openminded forum...
Do you even play here? Non stealther solo/smallman went out of business the moment they implemented OF maps. And as for 8vs8, the last couple of weeks there seems to be a declining number of days when you can even step out of atk without being zerged down before reaching amg by mids and hibs... So don't talk to me about different playstyles, because this server only encourages ZERG and thats all! Those who don't like it can either roll a stealther or quit. |
