7-10 mins riding? Is hib horse slower than mid horse? I spend 3-4 mins for go to odins from svasud.
Do you think if GMs will change maps, add xp, rp bonus or bp bonus, all zergers and high rr guild groups will disapear?

If low rr players will not go to frontiers, the rr difference will be higher every day.
Imagine if GMs will implement rvr dungeons. Black adders will camp the entrances every day.

I havent read all the posts relating to RVR, but the few I have read talk about some real wierd and complicated ways of improving it. Flags flying here relating to keeps taken by etc etc etc

Surely its simple, you want people in emain/hadrians/Mid-lands

So make an incentive to go there, you did it witjh the easter egg hunt which turned into quite fun rvr zerging.

Why complicate it? make mobs in the forntier drop more gold, better loots and people will go...make some rare drops which dont need 3fg's or dungeons with uber 45% exp bonuses...

People are motivated by gold and items and arpees, Arpees aint easy as it is unless your a well established many year old guild so we need more players taking the risk of death for rewards....risk vs reward...and all that

Wouldn't this work and also be easy??

(Footnote - How many of the hib population are rangers..? I almost cant see any other class in df when I stealth through, thats the in the 5 mins before the 3 hib rangers find me..)

Ok back on topic...

I agree that a simple solution is the key here. Also it must be soemthing you can do solo or with 2 or 3 people tops.

I have seen this work on uthgard. It happening right now, it just so happens allot of people dont know about it. As far as I know its one of the only reasons why albs go out in there own frontier to pve, beside gaurd missions that is.
I see them every day at the same spot and all hours of day and night farming for armor drops. The rewards for going here is so great that level 50s do it, and will keep coming back even after you killed them.

The armor only drops for albs though, otherwise im sure everyone would be farming them.

I do feel bad for the Hibs that have to ride to get to RvR but it's not as bad as you make it out to be. Mids have to run the full length of the zone to get to amg. Add port time and Mids have potentially the longest wait for Emain RvR.

Albs actually have an unfair advantage. They reach amg with lots of time remaning on their Realm Speed which they can use as an advantage in combat.

Isn't always great for Alb though. Want to get through Emain without a group running through AMG? Have fun becoming a pincushion :)
