Removing stuff will not change anything for the better.

The situation in OF should just be FIXED. RvR should not be a horrible break from the fun you had in Thid, but more a challenging extension of that.

Capping the latest BG should not be like killing one mob because you capped the place only to get dumped into OF. Capping that BG should make you WANT to go to OF (if even just to XP) to be able to compete in end RvR decently. As soon as this happens you'll have enough similar enemies in OF, aswell as the big boys, which you will need to avoid untill you are strong enough.

I tried my best to convince the staff to fix it and gave some solutions. No success so far tho.

BTW, Zarkor, I agree completely with this post. I didn't and still dont agree with your proposed solutions. Staff IS looking at making Frontier RvR more attractive.

Well for one, the stealth zerg problem will be 50% fixed due to 2 gates per realm.

What will fix it more is, because of that, some of the ppl wanting to solo will roll visible classes (because stealth classes are the only viable solo option), therefore lessening the stealth zerg even further.

With two gates per realm, the options for evading fgs will increase and solo/smallman will again be a viable option.

Not to mention xpers will go agra because it will be worth it again.

Agra being the main map with eaqual access for all realms, the activity there should be good given the numbers we have now.

This is all ofcourse pure theorycraft, but it makes sense to me, and I'm pretty sure something in those lines would happen.

And yes, there will allways be ppl whining about something.

Ever wondered why some i50 servers seem to offer more action? Because the whole population is thrown into one single battlefield. I don't want the bg's to be removed, but they should at least be changed in a way that clearly states that the frontier zones are the place for main-RvR and not the battlegrounds.

Thats at least how it worked on live servers and well, it worked well.

Exactly, but you can't just 'nerf' the BGs in such a way without making some serious changes in end RvR aswell.

Of course there have to be made some changes to the current RvR zones. The point is - Uthgard Staff has answered the communities wish to change the RvR zone several times - every time the community argued about the offered system shortly after the change due to the lack of opponents. It is some kind of vicious circle that may only be broken by finally drawing a clear line between "first glimpse onto RvR" and "main rvr". A rvr roadmap could probably look like ...

- improve OF system: possibility here
- improve OF mob spots and exp system
- implement OldRA system
- change to battlegrounds
- review on classes
