this being said, it wud be a pity for anyone doing real rvr to enhance the raiding mentality once again. admins have made a step forward by removing the siege weapon npc and i cant see why they wud want to improve raiding again.

I haven't made other suggestions because I would like more PvP action instead of more PvWood action, because all it does is encourage people to start zerging, which is imo, one of the worst forms of RvR.

Intended to be a zerg-game or not, it's just not fun for the side that's getting zerged down. In fact, I'm actually ashamed of myself when I'm zerging people down 'for the realm' ... lol. I really don't like anything that's motivating ppl to build up zergs and I see sieging usually as a one of the biggest sources.

I'm all for fair and challenging, balanced fights, which is what DAoC provides best. Balanced PvP. However there's no need for any balance at all if people just zerg, since in zergfights (especially with New RAs), numbers count, not skill.

Anyway, I'm just going on about zergs. I do like some of your changes, just not whatever encourages more zerging .

Think what you will, that is your opinion. In my own defense, I don't sit around camping towers all day, nor have i ever proposed anything solely for my own benefit. I cant speak for eclipse, but Anyone who actually reads my posts will hopefully be able to determine through them that I am not driven by self centered goals or interests. I don't appreciate being characterised as such an individual hence why i am even bothering to comment to this obvious flame bait. I suppose it is interesting that a person with a post count of 1 has such an extreme amount of knowledge about what transpires on in the forum along with an intimiate understanding of the motivations behind the postings of other people here.

Sorry but i dont camp towers/keeps all day. If i did , id never get any rps, since there isnt that much action at them. You think because i play a ranger , that is all i do lol. If you noticed most of the suggestions are for grps. Im a ranger so i cant get into grps very much, unless its a stealther grp and there isnt that many stealthers currently, and i dont like grping with stealthers that often. Main source of RP for a ranger / archers is looking for solos, which i do. And defending/sieging tower/keeps. And since there isnt that much sieging, that really effects are RPs. Unless you want to inv to your none stealther grp in NF/Agramon, you shouldnt complain. And my suggestion is to make it so a single grp can siege, there is no reason for zerging, but if ti happens, it was going to happen anyway, as it does now.

Get out of your mindless assist train, and try something that takes some skill and do some real RvR and try and take your enemys towers and keeps, that are being defended. Most of the time i see someone sieging, they are not very good at it.

and i can only tell the last three times ive been rvr i saw you guys camping in a tower, so what? dunno why you feel offended by saying that.

so what you seen me in a tower defending, and what are you running in a big grp. WELL No ****** you only seen me in a tower at that time. I tend to avoid making myself visable, when enemy grps come running around lol. Plz stay on topic then trying to flame my play style. Im sure youve really never even seen me play, and think just because im a ranger, all id do is camp a tower. Well maybe thats what many rangers do, because the bow damage is hard enough to compete in solo, but i still go out for solo kills.

So just stay on topic, and if you got no suggestions , plz dont say anything.
