I do see a difference in my realm in the last 2 months since the change.

I try my best not to compare BG's to frontier RvR. The chances of them ever being comparable is slim. BG's have a much smaller zone, a very centralized area to congregate, and of course there will generally be more players since it is much more casual friendly.

You say it seems Albion and Hib always need guild/alliance's to do PvP activities, but so does Mid. Dirty Tricks, DG, Italicvs, etc, mainly run w/ mostly guild set ups.

Last night is a perfect example. There was alot of solo's around, and a good amount of small mans from all 3 realm during American prime time. Then a 6 man of Mids and a 3 man of Mids showed up (both guild groups) and killed all the 2-3 men and all the solo's they could. There was nothing wrong with that, but so the Hibs get together a group to fight them. Something you claim that the Hibs dont do. We go out there and we kill ONE of them and the remainder run to MTK and log..... I guess these are the great and powerful Mids you speak of that are always trying to make RvR, right?

That is actually a great question Caemma. Who really know's for sure. I know I can reference plenty of threads from the past that showed that Midgard was the most lacking in population for a very long time (basically the first 1.5 years I played here).

I believe part of it is that the people who play here move from realm to realm and that in the last year Midgard has just sort of been the flavor of the month.

Some may say that the community is more friendly in Midgard, and I would agree that the RvR community is more casual friendly, but as I was leveling my hunter I actually thought I was offered alot more help on Hibernia. I think this is hard to say who is friendlier since everyones idea of what they are looking for in a gaming community is different.

I think you also seen a bit of a population boom when you guys had all the relics for awhile and were running daily zergs in the frontiers. I know that relic hoppers would not explain the continued population that they have sustained, but it could explain why you guys got some people to move their initially.

Personally, I just think it was a combination of players migrating to Midgard because they had allready played Hibernia and/or Albion, and that for a very long period of time any new players asking where they should make a toon were told to do so in Midgard because they were always nonexistant in RvR. I could be wrong though.

For the moment, i meet more ppl on mid than in other realms.

In alb, the worst, many ppl just dont tell you anything or simply answer at your demands even in sending.

For me, community seems more friendly on mid and is generaly more esay to built pug gp.
