I think Uthgard is balanced .
We can ( us ,very bad mids players) have a chance against very descent albs or hibs players . So just an advice : qbind , keyboard , mouse click are too hard ; play Middies you dont need your hands ! |

Realm balance, what a topic... those 3 realms have always been balanced ..as long as you know HOW.

Rule of thumb: if a Mid is talking about balance, it's not.

Hmm , i played alb for 5 years and i never saw midgard as an OP realm, ppl have talked about 8 ppl setup in all 3 realms, indeed mids have high utility characters like healer who can heal,mezz etc while albs and hibs need 2 dif chars to do that but then again there are ups and downs for all.
The classes its self ..i m glad they are so diverse , mercenary is one of the best melee clases in this game :good dmg,good resistance, and defensive capabilities wich if used VS the AT from the other grp you can take em out of the fight for at least 30 s if not more depending on the number of mercs. Also as i said before albion can make such a powerful caster grp with sorc caba going on body dmg with debuf and so on ..etc etc. It makes me laugh when you acuse zerker of doing such big dmg ..my dmg is (62.5 + 0.34 * LA) from a merc/bm's dmg .. and we r lucky with better growth styles for wich u ppl complain so much. I d play any realm anytime, i choosed mid cause i played alb and i wanted a change , on hib i knew that casters would be 50% of the dmg dealers in grps and i wanted a close combat char ![]() |

Tell me 3 things that dont work here like live and affect alb or hib realm so much until patch 1.80. |

Caster grps don't work here, melee stacked grps with SoS/AoG on nearly every inc takes care of that...
Zerks do more dmg than BM/Merc here - maybe if you stop spamming anytimer's you may realise that.

The last point is a joke. It's true, that NF RA's give melee waaaaaaaaaaaay too much power but as a caster you can put some points into power ras like MCL, Raging Power, Serenity3/4, Ethereal Bond etc. Of course you have to start with damage RA's later, but thats not the point. I know charge lighttanks are ****** but everytime i talked to hibs (we have some hibs in our guild) they said they dont give other melees not a chance. Only BM for Charge? Maybe thats why you loose every fight. The point in mid is, castergroup, meleegroup and caster/melee mix are working fine if the player knows their gameplay. Every class has a role in groupfights, every class should be welcome instead of saying "sorry, you play the wrong class! GO DIE!". |
