![]() did 50+k yester in thid in less than 4 hours. we died quite often, got zerged from time to time, but in the end we had a sh!it load of fun without having a "perfect lineup". bridges, some water, fast re-spawn, a fast-raidable keep and a small map made it possible for us to enjoy the evening. and of course: tons of inc ![]() thx mids and hibs for not zerging (at least for the most time ![]() Last edited by wla on Mar 26, 2013 11:53, edited 2 times in total.

Thid can be RP hell or heaven... rarely something inbetween...
With a nice group and decent action Thid is really fun and can be capped in just a few days.... Most of the time its lacking needed classes, insta leaves, no action, zerging, afk,.... endless time to setup grp.. then no action... ![]() Especially, yesterday there seemed to be only one cleric for 3 Alb groups ![]() ![]() On the other hand - making 10+k solo this morning just during sipping my coffee is something Thid specific - wont be possible after leaving it. But anyway - I ll be damn happy to leave Thid forever, as group building is so freaking time consuming. the problem is...thid hardly ever has balanced fights...usually one realm is very dominant, a second realm is "normal" and the third realm, the one with DF, lacks players...the result is that the dominant realm wins 75% of fights and only loses when either all ppl from the normal realm come together (if as zerg or randomly doesn't matter) or they get too many adds from solos and the df-realm... so: sure it's not about RP but thid is either fun or no fun...it's rarely something inbetween and thus RP = fun in thid...at least for grp play...for solos it can be different...for example i had lots of fights in thid where i lost to an enemy and still it was fun, even though i didn't win (for whatever reason).. To my mind, BG are great because :
1. No fu©king miss tp, have to wait to play ![]() 2. Zone is small and only one keep so no roam in the wind ![]() 3. No competitive team => more random group accepted, so it's easier to find a group and there's less gap between power of groups Anyway, a BG-like endgame can't exist. Just imagine how it will be fun if there would have been 100 players in the same BG. Maybe some idea could be found in BG gameplay to improve end game rvr. RIP : Ectoplasme

Could make it so that some keeps in Breifine and zone equivilants on alb/mid are able to be teleported to.. as long as your realm has control over it. NF seemed like a much larger zone compared with the OF zones, but ease of travel was made via boats and the fact that you could teleport to certain keeps if you owned them. People are still going to crowd in thid because of the fast paced action they can get there + the closer realm rank margin. You might entice a few of them to come out and try some emain though if you made a keep or 2 in the right zones teleportable. It would be nice to not see the same people out there day after day.
