Hello guys, i recently had this ridiculous idea about coming back to Uthgard!

So, just to confirm the validity of this idea id like to ask about some things:

Hows the RVR going?
stealthcamps?
midzergs?
high rr mid zergs?
greykills?
rvr dungeons got implemented recently, any chance getting nice 2vs2 fights in there or something like that?
relicfights?
massrvr?

Who could use my help in form of a rusty:
zerk, rm, sorc, merc, pala, bm, ench? .... infi, ranger... well these two actually not...
all lvl 50, most with sc, and one even around rr9?
Got some other toons in different level ranges aswell, actually.

Play on alb ..

Seeing is how I'm pretty new to Uthgard I can only answer to the gray ganking question. I have been in DF many times and except for one time (accident probably), I have only been gray ganked by rangers and nightshades. There was this one a-clown reaver once but I assume his main is an inf. I've seen several enemies pass me when I was hunting in Uppland but they always left me alone. Basically you'll get GG if a stealther gets bored.

Me as a hib I got killed by albs mainly. Experiences diverge. Although.. They wouldn't if you started playing when Baman was still among us

I don't group, 8 man, or zerg. I just do solo rvr (with occasional duo with a mincer friend) but 95% solo. I can't comment of most of what you asked but as they say, a picture is generally worth a thousand words. So here is a picture of solo RvR on uthgard for the most part.

Now I will say, that about 3 minutes before i took this screenshot primachuss (r6 ranger) had the opportunity to kill me while I was at half hp and rvr sick but he didn't. In fact, he allowed me to rebuff and heal to full to have a fair 1v1 fight. That kinda shows the big variation in playstyles you will find. However, for every one Primachuss you will find 10 like Saturios (the R6 celt in the SS) who will happily zerg the crap out of you.

I would agree w/ almost all of this except the statement that the only stealthcamps are rangers at AMG. The statement is somewhat true in the sense that there are always lots of rangers AND NS's at AMG, but there is also usually a fair amount of stealthers from Mid and Alb there, as well as the occasional small man group of visi's that camp. Also, you have the Alb stealthers that camp MMG because they are tired of getting zerg'd at AMG.

Oh I've geard the name Baman many, many times.

Stealthcamps are almost all hib at this point, with some disorganized alb gangs to fill the spaces in-between.

I haven't seen many mid zergs.

RvR dungeons are nothing but a gank zone for XP groups. Attracting lowbies to frontier zones with XP bonus does not actually make for good RvR. No one should be surprised by this. Maybe the situation will improve when loot is implemented.

I haven't seen a relic fight since before I came back.

No mass rvr events have been organized recently (iirc).

I recently came back. I like some of the changes that have been made. I like that the staff are actively trying to improve the server. I've had some good times. But I'm kind of bored already.

you'll still get the chance as he is back to playing again, albeit without using envenomed weapons and he doesn't seem to PVE kill everyone anymore.

In fact i found him in DF the other day as he was trying to sneak past me. In the end he decided to SOS away because he was losing, and ran straight into a bunch of mobs giving him a PVE death. Then i PVE died straight after
