Thought it would be nice to have a topic where we can discuss Emain RvR in whatever form you like.

Anyway just to say thanks to the groups in Emain tonight. Long time since fights were this good. In particular Rare, EdN and GdRW. We just had one add tonight I think, and maybe one threeway. Also nice cause most fights between these and TC can go either way. There's no saying the outcome most times.
Props to that alb pug with Dammis (?) and others aswell.

Well, i'm astonished to see you posting how good rvr was tonight. Cause I quit like 2 weeks ago with the notion that rvr was that bad that it wasn't worth logging in for anymore. I mean adds, own or other realm, 2fg+ zergs, or the other side, NOTHING at all. And being a part of the community for close to two years now i can't say i've seen an improvement with all the changes that came along (more of a steady decline in fun rvr tbh).

I'm just not in the mood to "waste" valuable time to roam a 90% "bad action" rvr server atm. Some ppl might feel otherwise, and i sure hope they do, cause god knows i'll be back when tempratures drop again, how long I will play it then, will be upto what the server has become, but i predict if i come back to what i've quit, i wont be here for long.

action was nice today, sadly Hexagone 2fg didnt have an enemys, well after hexa quit it was nice

but yes there was some quite well action

Wasn't that fun for us really. Had some nice fights (around 40% of them) and got added the other 60%. I'm seriously unsure if it's worth running RvR anymore, didn't exactly have fun.

Yeah action was awesome today, there was some adding of course but I saw groups (even pugs) pull off plenty of times. I find that when you really show people you don't add on their fights most of them won't add on you unless its just a straight up bad pug, which can be beaten even if they add. Also you have to ask realmmate groups not to add nicely and that helps a lot i've found.

However there are a few groups that have little class like Hexagone and will add with 2 fgs or however many they want at any time. It's sad that a few can ruin the fun for so many sometimes.

Why hexagone was running 16slot yesterday ??

Just because some ppl told us 2 days ago to plan a rk raid.
rk raid need a lot of people so we bring 16slot.
when we were rdy to raid, this pro 8v8 guilde that called us don't wanna raid rk anymore and prefer rp's.
So plz stop QQing about 16slot / zerg / add or fair fight when you guys "pro 8vs8" just ask other guild to go away from your play yard.

and tbh we don't care about running 16slot, it's rvr and this is how we see the real rvr, if you wanna still have fun with 8v8 feel free move to another zone.

grps like hexagone, MB and other hib pugs ( greetings to adaom ! ) have to add like the other days sadly

you should be happy that we come with 16 more rp for you and even with 32 slot we can compete you'r imba skill so you've right we should all stop playing daoc and let you have fun with your friends

This was just miscommunication. Rasta called for a raid without asking if the rest of his group wanted to. They didn't so the raid was cancelled.

then just ask your own grp before callign the realm...
