My 2 cents.

Mids : Celerity,tanks
Alb : Plated, all tanks have slam, and much casters
Hib : Bards are OP if u know how to play them and Every single hib caster have base Stun . . .

seems kinda balanced for me. I might be a mid, but is kinda WoW to give all realms the same abilitys

That's more of a downside really, free stun immunity for det tanks.

Just out of curiousity: why do you think Bards are OP?
