Organized 5v5 is an analogy to arranged duels and realm communication. I would say it is not allowed to arrange 5v5 games.

It just means that any group that is not 5 player group can come kill you and you can't blame them.

This is bullshit. the rules are enforced only on some people, not on everybody. Some time ago I even showed to the GM's screenshots of people discussing how they organize fights every night because "lack of action" and screenshots of people swapping account information / Google Security Token info I was told "it will be investigated" - needless to say that no action was taken against them and even more one of the people who was the main organizer of rvr fights even taunted me telling me he knows people from the staff who allow him to do it and I'm stressing for nothing.
These people are the highest rank players, well known to the community. You can find the names on the herald for each realm actually, top ranks of mids albs and hibs. These "elites" farmed themselves nightly in 8v8 setting certain zones / time frame and coordonating through Discord / Teamspeak after each win/loss for months.
Most of the older players of Uthgard know I'm right but that's just how it goes on private servers I guess. Just my two cents. - Oh, still got the screenshots saved - also with the GM's answers. Well done, Uthgard staff !
