You have NO Idea who or what my Main is? I have NO MAIN character, never have never will! and let me tell you about super noobs and trolling, all you need to do is look in the mirror to see the super noob, but I am sure that your mirror broke eons ago because it could not take the nasty image it had to look at on a daily basis!

Snowdonia is a VERY hard zone to see people in near the BK and for a group to run straight at me from out of no-where, yea JUST LUCK!
90% of people that want to avoid inc (crafters, questers) hug the zone wall, ppl that want to farm them know that and specifically hunt at the zone wall... its not radar, just meta

Well, back on live (Europe) (pre-ToA especially), reality was: almost every RVR group was running with RADAR. If you ran without, you always were a victim of a 'perfect' side-inc. The 6k 'view range' was too much of an advantage to anyone else. Additional, all the 'circling' around of groups and then realizing: ok, ****** it, they use it too ... hilarious.
I can still remember the times in some of the DAoC-IRC channels in quakenet, when suddenly people that usually had no clue about Windows alone asked about how to install Linux.
But yeah, most will still say: No, we never used it! ... though the evidence said something different.
It is, and will always be an issue, until the packets are encrypted.
My advice to the staff: insert 'fake' beacons from time to time and see who falls for the bait -> instant ban. Should not be too hard to code in. =)

Exactly, isn't that hard to test! see a group running away from you and out of view, unstealth for 5 seconds and restealth, and if that group rolls back around and starts searching for you INSTA BAN EVERY ONE of them in the group! i did that in the hib frontier a few weeks ago, and this one group kept coming back time after time when i did it, no way they could have seen me! i appealed them and got a message from uthgard staff to not put in radar appeals, that it is not radar, they would catch and ban them if it was!

I've seen some fishy behavior where people going speed 6 saw me when they shouldn't have but for the most part I have a pretty good track record of hiding and people not seeing me (hiding by trees, milegates, etc). If radar is a thing on Uthgard, 90% of the players I encounter don't use it- at least not on me.
