Any groups planning to regularly run one of these on live? I'd be very interested in this play style and joining a set crew. USA timezones.

he most likely meant non-existent US prime times on <insert daoc server> rather than not specifying what US time zone youre in

Does this server have limited to no action during the North American timezones?

Most free shards are low population during NA times.

I didn't play Uthgard 1.0, but Genesis Free Shard(which seems to have a much smaller following) averaged 600-700 during EU times at their peak and 150-200 during NA times at same peak period...just to give you an idea

Well in all fairness Genesis population dropped off pretty quickly b/c of server stability. At first, US primetime had a good amount of players online.

Well in all fairness without getting into a debate on servers - plan on a 30% population of EU primetime for NA primetime.

Farming Keeps?
Clearly not an uthgard or 1.65 player.

you'll be easy to swat off keeps.

A couple of us in Stormur Vakten will be doing a very casual Mid pbae group for fun leveling and keep defense. We won't form our own guild until RR5+ (if the server stays healthy), but you're welcome to look us up.

At a minimum, we'll have a pac healer and 2 supp SM. We might have a shaman + thane join us along the way. Drop me a private message for our discord after launch. No need to voice chat if it's not your thing.
