How does Mastery of stealth work with old ras ?

Is is only a movement bonus or does it give detection too ?

It only give user % bonus(depends of level) to move faster while stealth effect is enabled.

Yeah, that's how i understand it too...

Did some reseach though, some ppl claim, that stealth detection works like kinda a "pulse" and if u got higher MoS u move faster between the pulses and thereby you can be able to get the drop on an enemy that doesn't have MoS... ?

stealth detection works best when youre NOT moving. lets say youre stealthed standing at amg and an enemy stealther approaches you no matter how fast he moves, you will see him first due to lag.

your char is always in the center of the stealth detection radius but if youre moving your char is moving faster than the center point of your stealth detection radius moves, its lagging behind
