And it was greatly appreciated for sure. Like I said, I found that in our event the rest of the server helped with keeping the ones who would ruin it punished so to speak. With an 8 vs 8 event going on even if a couple groups combine up to try and ruin it you should have more then enough from the realms participating to quell such problems. The first time their mini-zerg gets rolled by 3-4 full 8 man teams they will move on to other things i'm sure.

this would be a good idea if you do it so that you encourage the non-8man players to join. if its just for the regular 8-man crowd then i dont see the need since they have emain every day.

since it looks like im the only one who's looking for an exciting 8v8 event and everyone else is satisfied with the current "8v8" situation in emain

I think a 8vs8 event would be great because ppl show up at these events who do not join the every day rvr. But as some ppl always said you should give a day and a time
