One thing that's been the same the last 2 events is that hibs almost always came across albs 1st, we saw mids once yesterday and that was as they were only a few left after running into the albs. Maybe We could try it in alb next time. I know it's a pain in the arse with the agro mobs around almost every turn but hibs n mids should be able to have some nice fights before the alb-zerg reaches hib/mid side. There is plenty of nice open space around the beno area and in between the mid and hib PKs. Let albs do the legwork and come to us for once ;p

Well i grabbed a bit of the vid i recorded and uploaded it, i think this was the 2nd engagement in the worst position possible(alb amg sandwich) ;p
In the vid albs are behind and to the right as i'm running back towards AMG.

Uploaded it to gamerstube and youtube to compare quality.

Initially uploaded it as an mp4 but youtube puked on it at the start and was all grey and yucky, quality overall much higher though. Re-uploaded as a XviD but youtube recompresses those badly but at least you can see what's going on.

well, the first event it was very even between mids and albs. It was a 2:2 and very funny zerg fights until the server crash.

the very nice video from zid captured the action very good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhzWZ5pbYZQ

It's more than normal that this isn't always the case and it's normal that one realm is outnumbered... thats just the nature of zergs.

You can't blame the albs for getting so many people up for the event, nor tell them to bring less on purpose the next time.

The other two realms will have to improve. More advertising and appeal to the realm pride. Or try to use the environment to equal the chances. We tryed at mmg yesterday, but 60 against 150 is just too unequal. Taking a keep and deffing it would have been worth a try.

And the next event in hadrians is a good idea i think. So hibs and mids could finaly meet at all and the albs will have the long walk through some mobs with the zerg, which could frighten off maybe some albs.

We actually retreated to Dagda after a while as we feared albs would mount an attack with the numbers they had out, but they never turned up :)
An epic siege defence would have been exciting.
