If im not all wrong it is actually 1.79

With DR things came into the game that influenced the gamemechanisms and feeling way too much (and in a negative way) according to umm, i guess according to many players. I personally dont know, because i only played a short while european beta, before i restarted on uthgard. It could simply not anymore called classic by far.

with patch 1.80 came some stuff like CLs and sub-classes.
