first, does quality of gem matter in this patch, i assume it does but would like conformation.

second, how do I know what level armor I can imbue, so say for instance, I am level 550 in SC. I just sc'd a set of lvl 30 cloth with no overcharges and random quality gems. I just winged this and luckily it worked, but is there a method to this madness?

lvl of SC skill related to lvl of armor being imbued?

if u dont oc the quality of gems doesnt matter.
also if u dont oc there is no need to be legendary

You can sc any item level with any skill level with any quality gems as long as you dont overcharge.

If you do overcharge however:
- be legendary
- on 100% items use 4x99% gems
- on 99% items use 3x99% gems 1x100% (4x 99% on 99% item is still 1% risk of explosion)
