this is a very good L50 template for minstrels with some really nice features:

- Dommel Neck with 1500 range instand DOT charge, 5x tick of ca. 40-50 damage each 4 seconds - 1 minute re-use timer
- fullcap inkl. Charisma (exept 1% cold, but 30% instead of 31% cold for highlanders is not important)
- close to zero loss on switching from weapon to intrument: -21 QUI -2% heat - all other values stay
- haste charge on windbracer
- lossless switching between basalt swordand crafted weapon

- 3x AF102 / 99% chain
- 3x AF102 / 100% chain
- 1x small shield 100%
- 2x instrument drum + flute 100%
- 1x instrument lute 99%
- 1x slash weapon 16.5/ 4.0 speed / 99%

all parts with SC. no procs yet, but can be appiled if you bring some.
