Tailor: missing materials

I never found a material-merchant, who sell

wraith pattern and
pointed steeple hat pattern

Any hint? Or aren't they implemented yet?

I'm afraid that Albion has pointed steeple hat patterns. :? So, it's (once again) a problem for Hibernia. Wreath pattern (and Midgard's circlet pattern) seems to be the equivalent to Albion's crown pattern - which also exists.

Im sure, thats just a mistake.
Ask some higher players, who are legendary tailor, already, the merchant is hidden somewhere.

On Albion the hat merchant sells those things, not the usual materials merchants

Migga and Pirith guided my to the right place. The Hat-Merchant in Mag Mell sells the needed things. Thank you.

the merchant keeps disappearing.... one day i can buy them...the next day the merchant is gone....
is he only avail at night or something??

The merchant appeared at night.... :)

looks like he is in fact, only avail at night

in hib the merchant is Melanaha a luri merchant, is not a night spawn, is a roaming NPC that stays next to the northern small house in Mag Mell and goes to the northern small house in Ardee.
