[OWTGEXP] Enemy frontier bonuses

Have you ever played on Midgard and Hibernia, and been jelous about Necromountain, and dreaming about your guild holding Berkstead for the nearby bonus. Why not make that dream come true?

Suggestion:
Killing monsters in enemy frontiers give an additional bonus on top of all of the previous bonuses like, overcap, campbonus, groupbonus, and frontierbonus + keepclaim bonus.

Examples with numbers up in the air for finetuning:
Suggestion1
Enemies of Albion will gain the following bonuses for killing monsters in Alb-frontier;
- Beno: 10% while in keeprange (guildclam bonus stacks on top)
- Eras :10 while inside RvR dungeon/ or while in keeprange (guildclam bonus stacks on top)
- Surs : 10% while in keeprange (guildclam bonus stacks on top)
- Berk : 10% while in keeprange (guildclam bonus stacks on top)
- Hurb : 10% while in keeprange (guildclam bonus stacks on top)
- Bold : 10% while in keeprange (guildclam bonus stacks on top)
- Rena : 10% while in keeprange (guildclam bonus stacks on top)

Some keeps have more attractive leveling spots in reach, and the 10% bonus could be adjusted to spread out the interest. So not only Berk, Crim and Hlid/Blendrake would be hotspots for this suggestion.

An other suggestion could be with following changes:

- Beno: 5% overall realm expgain while under your realm's control (due to lack of nearby monsters and being a natural contested keep for crafting and ramsupply) or simply add the 10%bonus to all of Hadrians wall zone.
- Eras: 10%. Close to the RvR dungeon so adding this entire zone to the associated bonus would make sence.
- Surs: 10% small necro mountain, no change needed
- Berk: 10% Necro mountain.
- Hurb: 10% many good 40+ spots.
- Bold: 10% overall realm exp. Akward mob spawns within range, and not attractive to level nearby for any realms.
- Renaris: 5% overall realm exp. Gives acces to masterwizard relic guards so no need to make it too interesting for enemy realms out of this reason.

I only used Albion as an example, if this idea was to be implimented im sure the devs would find a good ballance between risk and reward for all 3 realms to go level in eachothers frontier.

The wished effect: Getting more people to level alts, have more action in the RvR frontiers with high risk/ high reward. Potentially upgrade and hold keeps for several days if a spot is really wanted, create smallman action for soloers to go hunt, let other realms come visit Albion RvR dungeon because who actually goes there etc.
