Got around 4 plat on Alb, house that I created into a guild house (personal use) right next to Brisworthy market, all NPCs, healer, bindstone etc. Looking for trade of similar situation with someone on Hib.

I can invite your level 1 into guild, make him GM and then gquit, effectively transferring the house to you. Only my toon(s) are in the guild.
