Flurry formula

Does anyone know what is the correct flurry formula? I heard that it depends on dual wield spec and /or from opponent current hits.

that explain why my flurry do so low dammage...

It's not 20% of unbuffed hp. Tested it couple of times with another bm. We have the same amount of hp, 1584, I do 376 dmg with flurry to him he does 328 to me (I think those are the numbers, not sure though). The only difference is that I have capped cd he doesn't.
The world will look up and shout "Save us!"...and I'll whisper "NO U."

maybe resists have some influence?

Zaraki,its bugged on Uth (way to strong
 ),that has been discussed for a long time alrdy in several topics but not been fixed so far cause no one really knows the correct formula (at least in all topics there have been discussions on what flurry is based and there never was a consense).<img src="http://sigtool.covod.org/getImage.php?user=Islana&key=DHKZgbkxJYFMlL">

as i know flurry should do slash damage

I read in a grab bag that flurry is a magical ability. Not sure what damage type it has. Anyway at the moment flurry make me 25% of current hits damage, and it increases if I'm buffed.
