I have a problem with secondary crafting skills, I am certain there is something worg here:

-primary crafting is fletching and is at 900, fine
-WC rises normally and is curently at 456, fine
-AC is totally locked, will not rise at all no matter what I craft. Locked at 360 - problem
-Tailoring is same as AC, locked at 360, does not rise at all - problem

I am sure that it is not bad luck that makes tailoring and AC stay at 360. I make things that have 75% chance to rise and make 10 or 20 or lots of them and not a single point increase. Also try things of all difficulties, from green to orange. Just stuck at 360.

Would it be an accursed number? Makes sense if it happens at 666 but no, it is just a simple and inocent 360.

Are AC and Tailoring some sort of tertiary crafting? cap is less than 75%?

Also, I read on forums long time ago that on uthgard every class could do any crafting, but I do not have Spellcraft and Alchemy options.

Thank you for any help.

As a fletcher your armorcraft and tailoring skill is locked to 40% of your fletch skill. So 360 is quite ok. You can raise weaponcraft to 75% which seems ok too. Thats not a bug but a feature of the old crafting system.

You mix it up with live servers. Mythic changed that in Patch 1.87 and removed all class based restrictions.

Wow, how did this change get in? I wonder on what base this was changed.

yep, it got changed abouth 2 years ago, but the restrictions for seconday skill are 75% . but maybe alandrian is right, i only took tailor as secondary for ac and got it to 75%, so i tought it was same for all skills

i'm even pretty sure the crafting removing npc was created at that moment

The cap for the secondary skill depends on your main skill. Its different each main crafting skill.

Well i never knew that you could chose every craft line regardless what profession. Must have been before the 1.80 line was introduced. Honestly it does not change anything on the balance anyway.
