Rhorisa(pally) was reinstated into the Defenders Guild but has a problem of not being able to speak in guildchat......says: You Do Not Have Permission to Speak on the on guild line. /help ty

It seems, as if rank 9 has no permission to speak in the guild, but only to read. A GM should change that (in all 3 Defender guilds).
