Old guild vault

In my ex extinguished guild vault there were many stuffs (also a crafted cloth set
 ) and I guess none paid the rent because where there were the guild house now there are other people house. Also when I try to port to bind house it says I don't have the permission.
I though to find all items in the vault npc in erikstad entrance but they are all empty. What happened? |

which char created the house?
