I kindly advise you that items with a 331dmg charge have got a class-restriction
to make it impossible for non-casters to use the charge. The class-restrictions
have already been implemented, but already dropped 331dmg charge items
are not yet fixed. These will be fixed after a database-update.
I directly advise you that the usage of such 331dmg charges as a non-caster
is considered to be a bug-abuse and accordingly will be punished as follows:

just out of curiosity, how can you use that staff again when you don't have it?

maybe have more than one...

as i said in german part...cancle punishment 1...

start directly with 2 and 3..

abusers should get their bill.

if staff has no more charge, it s useless for fighters... so that means " abuse it till we got you bug abusing".

i think it should be jailed directly or other thing... it's bug abuse... and some of them that will use it really know that is bug abuse cause they participated on the forum discution
