Hello,

this guide is for everyone who has got technical issues like graphic-errors
or so called "crash-to-desktops". Here you will learn on how to create an
informative report about your system, so that other people are able to
help you.

1) Please clearly describe the problem. Are there any error messages?
When does the problem occur. Instantly after login or after for example
1hour of playing.

2) It is neccessary to hand out your systems information (CPU/Ram/gfx card).
To create a complete system report do the following:

-> Click on "Start"
Image

-> Click on "Command"
Image

-> Type in "dxdiag" (without the bracket)
Image

The DXdiagnostic program will now collect your systems informations
Click on "Save all informations" (the report will be saved as a text-document).
Upload the text-document on a free webhoster like http://www.rapidshare.com (german hoster).
Copy the link and paste it into your help-request.

With regards

From time to time my computer is going into hibernate mode and i need to reboot to be able to do anything. Its not happening in any other games.
The trick is that till 2-3 days ago i had another video card (9500 GT) who worked flawless, but i an not sure that the video card is the problem

what video card are you using? i've got GeForce 9600GT and have experienced the same problem first in WAR: Online and now in DAoC.

your computer is not hibernating. your video card is probably overheating which causes computer crashes. i have to downclock my videocard before i run DAoC, so you may try the same.

try reducing your core and memory speeds by about 10-15% and manually set your fan to about 80-90%. this should fix the problem.

Please do not post in this thread. Make new support thread for your case.
It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.
